**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** who can bring strong visual storytelling to life across various digital platforms. If you have a keen eye for design, a knack for branding, and are passionate about video content—from Instagram reels to full-length podcasts—this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**
- Create **Social Media Creatives, Ad Creatives, Presentations (PPT) & Logo Design.**:

- Design professional **Logos and Complete Brand Identity Kits**:

- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Create design assets for both digital and print media

**Video Editing**
- Edit high-quality **short-form videos** (reels, shorts) and **long-form content** (YouTube videos, tutorials, podcasts)
- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and effects where needed
- Manage and organize video assets for reuse across campaigns

**Tools & Tech**
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Canva (for quick and collaborative design tasks)
- Figma (preferred, not mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **AI tools for design & editing** (e.g., MidJourney, Runway ML, ChatGPT for scripting)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and video projects
- Solid command over visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and animation basics
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Fluent in English (Bonus: Kannada/Hindi)
