**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create eye-catching and on-brand visuals for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all design projects.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and social media platforms.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Collaborate with the content team to script and storyboard video concepts.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Contribute innovative ideas and concepts for visual and video content that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on design and video trends to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all designs and videos meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and project requirements.
- Review and refine work based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a diverse portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in editing and producing high-quality videos with a strong sense of storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
