**Job Description: Admission Counselor for Data Analyst/Data Science Courses**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Outreach and Engagement**:

- Understand prospective students' educational and career goals, and effectively highlight the benefits and features of our programs that align with their aspirations.

2. **Application Assistance**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their background, skills, and goals, and provide personalized advice on course selection and program suitability.
- Utilize your knowledge of data analysis and data science to address any technical inquiries and provide insights into the curriculum and industry trends.

4. **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with potential students, guiding them through the decision-making process and building rapport that fosters trust in our institution.
- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and student support services to provide a holistic view of the student experience.

5. **Event Participation**:

- Represent the institution at recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote our Data Analyst and Data Science courses.
- Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to showcase the value and uniqueness of our programs.

6. **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications with prospective students using our CRM system.
- Analyze data related to recruitment efforts to identify trends and strategies for improving conversion rates.

7. **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analysis and data science to effectively communicate the relevance and value of our courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and data science concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational counseling is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using various communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving educational environment.
