**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Introduce innovative teaching strategies that support holistic child development.**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Coordinator
- Ensure lesson plans are engaging, interactive, and cater to diverse learning needs.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers and support staff.
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure teaching effectiveness and adherence to best practices.
- Organize professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Monitor and assess student development and learning progress.
- Maintain records of student performance, behavior, and overall growth.
- Develop strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- **Classroom and Behavior Management**:

- Establish and enforce classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Encourage social-emotional development, teamwork, and respect among students.
- Address behavioral concerns with appropriate interventions and communication with parents.
- **Parental Engagement and Communication**:

- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular updates and meetings.
- Organize parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and school events.
- Provide guidance and support to parents regarding early childhood education and child development.
- **Safety and Facility Management**:

- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and child protection regulations.
- Supervise the proper use and maintenance of classroom resources and equipment.
- **Collaboration and Administrative Duties**:

- Work closely with school administration to develop policies and strategic plans.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and oversee budgeting for pre-primary programs.
- Collaborate with external organizations and educational institutions for program enhancement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
