**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

Understand client requirements, goals, and challenges to provide appropriate solutions and support.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and quality solutions to clients.

Provide product/service demonstrations and training to clients as needed.

Actively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.

Monitor client usage, analyze data, and generate reports to track client performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the market and client needs.

Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively interact with clients.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results.

Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
