**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire clients through freelancing portals (**Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer**) by submitting compelling proposals and bids.
- Build and maintain relationships with international and domestic clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends to position Nitwebs as a market leader.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **business development**, preferably in **web development/IT services**.
- Proven success in acquiring clients via **freelancing platforms** (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Basic understanding of **website development** processes and terminology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
