**Profile - E-commerce Accountant**

Work Status - Full Time

Work Type - Work from Office

Job Timings - 10:00 am to 08:00 pm

Location - Johri Bazar, Jaipur

Salary - 15,000 - 20,000/- per month

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce sales across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.
- Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.) and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, commissions, and fees.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to match financials with stock movement.
- Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to e-commerce transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with audits and financial analysis.
- Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and expense tracking.
- Suggest improvements in processes for better financial accuracy and efficiency.

**Skills Required -**
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of order management and inventory control processes.
- Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
