**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the product/service offerings.
- Answer inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and closures.
- Coordinate with sales/academic counsellors to schedule demos or consultations.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Keep updated with product features, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
- Persuasive and confident speaking skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
- 1+ year experience as a telecaller/customer support/sales associate (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
