**Role Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to inform prospective students and parents about our courses, answer their queries, and assist with enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote IoT, AI, and Robotics courses.
- Provide course details, answer queries, and assist with enrollments.
- Maintain accurate call records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Telecaller, preferably in education or edtech.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge or interest in IoT, AI, and Robotics is a plus.
