**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and assist in improving website performance.
- Help manage and track the performance of PPC campaigns, social media ads, and other digital initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on website and social media analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas for growing the online presence of Gencosys and its clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
