**Job Purpose**
Facilitate, monitor and influence ZBMs, ASMs. TSMs in the Prepaid Business plans to improve Market Share in terms of customer acquisition, revenue, VLR, distributor management etc.
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Influencing & driving sales teams and channel partners to achieve business targets of acquisition of prepaid Customers
- Monitoring Distribution Management, high brand visibility & product availability to enable basic sales hygiene factors
- Monitoring implementation of revenue enhancement activities for Revenue achievement
- Monitoring COCA to control cost of acquisitions and enable designing and implementation by collaborating with the ZBM for plans to optimize the same
- Help circle achieve Revenue targets by driving UL Recharges through channels. Optimize cost of acquisition and thereby contribute to circle EBITDA delivery
- Establish Best-in-Class distribution footprint and Market Servicing
- Drive higher engagement of internal teams and trade partners in driving new Ways of Working
- Drive Sales Automation, new Projects and a Digital culture among Team members
