**Job Summary**:
The Intern will support overall operations related to **Mauli Stays**, managing day-to-day tasks, and coordinating with the marketing team and agencies. Responsibilities include social media management, guest communication, purchasing, and maintenance coordination, as well as regular reporting and assisting the main manager in various operational activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Operations Management**:
Oversee the daily operations of stays, ensuring efficient processes.
- **Guest Management**: Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and handle guest inquiries and requests.
- **Reservation Coordination**: Assist in managing bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences. Support the booking process, confirm reservations, and ensure proper documentation for upcoming stays.
- **Property Maintenance**: Assist in coordinating with maintenance teams for villa repairs, upkeep, and ensuring all facilities are in working order.
- **Housekeeping Supervision**: Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure rooms are ready and clean for guests.
- **Vendor Management**: Help maintain relationships with suppliers, housekeeping agencies, and service providers for smooth operation. Coordinate with vendors and teams for purchasing and maintenance activities
- **Inventory Control**: Assist in tracking inventory levels for guest supplies, amenities, and consumables at each property.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure that the properties meet safety standards and any necessary compliance requirements.
- **On-site Support**: Provide on-ground support during peak times or events, ensuring smooth operations.
**2) Social Media Management**:
- Handle the company’s social media accounts for stays and villas.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and comments on social media.
- Work with marketing agencies to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- **Marketing Campaign Support**:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support content creation and promotion efforts for stays/villas.
- Monitor campaign performance and report key findings.
**3) Report Generation**:
- Prepare daily work reports, including call/lead reports.
- Provide weekly updates on leads and bookings.
- Compile monthly summary reports, highlighting key metrics and performance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for month-end account closing.
**4) General Assistance to Main Manager**:
- Assist the main manager with a variety of tasks, from operations to administrative duties.
- Help in scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Take initiative in solving operational challenges and proposing improvements.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing guest feedback for service improvement and report any issues to the Operations Manager.
**5) Coordination**: Assist in liaising with different departments such as finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth overall operations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with attention to detail
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
