- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their queries and concerns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Managing and updating the CRM system with client information, interactions, and data.
- Tracking and analyzing client interactions and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Providing support to real estate agents in using the CRM system effectively.
- **Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
- Developing and implementing CRM-based marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, payment details, and other relevant documentation.
- Preparing reports on sales activities, client feedback, and CRM department performance.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Promoting customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience and providing feedback to relevant teams.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- May be involved in tasks like welcome calls, issuing payment receipts, and coordinating with banks for loan approvals.
- May also conduct site visits to update clients on project progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
