**Job Purpose**:
To manage and enhance the customer relationship experience for the shoe manufacturing company. The CRM Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining customer databases, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the brand maintains strong relationships with its clients, both new and existing. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to understand customer needs and ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Follow-up on customer feedback and provide resolutions for complaints or concerns.
- **Customer Data Management**:
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly with accurate contact information, order history, preferences, etc.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of customer quotations, order processing, and tracking deliveries.
- Manage repeat orders and assist with cross-selling and up-selling based on customer requirements.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor customer trends and feedback to provide insights for product improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction, sales progress, and CRM effectiveness.
- Analyse customer behaviour and suggest improvements in customer engagement strategies.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:
- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to specifications.
- Participate in customer-related activities such as events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
- **Post-Sales Support**:
- Track product delivery and post-delivery issues such as returns, repairs, or replacements.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Engage in customer retention programs to keep clients coming back.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Additional certifications in CRM tools or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the manufacturing, retail, or footwear industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical skills to identify customer pain points and offer timely solutions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
- **Customer-Oriented**: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for enhancing customer experience.

**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time, office-based position in Lucknow.
- Standard office hours (9 AM - 6 PM).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
