Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate services and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Provide information about available properties, prices, and terms.
- Answer inquiries and address concerns of potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings with interested clients.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide informed information to clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during phone interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional certification in telemarketing or real estate is a plus.
