**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly visit assigned dental clinics in the Delhi-NCR region (at-least 10 per day).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff and management.
- Promote our products and services to clinic personnel.
- Collect and report feedback from clinics to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during visits.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the clinics in relation to our services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a field executive or similar role is advantageous.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi-NCR region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a field-based role.
- Knowledge of the Delhi-NCR geography and road networks.
- Basic understanding of dental clinic operations.

**Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month**

Supplemental pay types:
