**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Market Research**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the corporate sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies based on market intelligence.
**Corporate Client Handling**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive and long-lasting partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall corporate client experiences.
**New Corporate Client Onboarding**:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, presenting Zaps Marketing's services, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor loyalty program solutions that align with the unique requirements of new corporate clients.
**Field Work: (mandatory)**
- Engage in fieldwork to establish a direct presence and build rapport with corporate clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition for corporate loyalty systems.
- Gather insights from the field to inform strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of the corporate landscape and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field_**.**_
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
