**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities, content creation, and engagement. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand and building strong online communities through various social media platforms.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Design basic creatives and collaborate with the design team for visual content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations, and engage with users.
- Grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong community.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Track and report performance metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and goals.
- Research hashtags, competitor content, and trending topics to optimize strategy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 0-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of popular social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for content creation.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) is a plus.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Passion for digital media, branding, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Buff
