We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to handle multiple aspects of our digital presence. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for our platform and contribute to our growth. The role offers a high potential for growth and promotion as you will be an integral part of the startup's core team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) to drive traffic and increase visibility.
- Create and manage eye-catching and impactful graphic designs for marketing campaigns and social media (using tools like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, or Canva).
- Manage all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) ensuring they are active, engaging, and regularly updated with new posts.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (future responsibility).
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Take part in the initial setup and development of the startup, contributing ideas and efforts to shape its future growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Strong graphic design skills and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, Canva, or any other relevant design tools.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and understanding of the latest trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
