**Experience and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Digital Marketing Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Experience in managing content calendars and overseeing content distribution strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Ability to analyze digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports from digital marketing platforms to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, etc.
- **SEO Knowledge**:

- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience in optimizing website content for search engines.
- Familiarity with keyword research, on-page optimization, link building strategies, and SEO tools.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Experience in managing social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media campaigns.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
- **Project Management**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- **Results-Driven**:

- Proven track record of achieving measurable results in digital marketing campaigns.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving ROI and achieving business objectives.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
