Your Roles and Responsibilities

1.Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.

3.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.

6 Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

7Must have existing Real Estate experience.

8 Search Engines Optimization, back link creation, directory listing to improve Website ranking on Different search engines.

9 On Page and Off Page SEO.

10 Content Writing for Digital Ads, Identify keywords as per industry standard.

11 Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management to formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our event goals, target audience, and overall company objectives.

12 Technical Implementation: Utilize your technical knowledge to implement and manage various digital marketing tools and platforms, including website analytics, marketing automation, and social media advertising.

13 Website Optimization: Lead the optimization of our website for enhanced user experience, search engine visibility, and conversion rate optimization. Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.

14 Content Marketing: Create, oversee, and execute content marketing plans to engage our target audience, drive organic traffic, and increase brand visibility. Content may include blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other multimedia assets.

15 SEO and SEM: Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms.

17 Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

18 Social Media Management: Schedule, manage and monitor social media channels to build brand presence, engage with the audience, and create shareable content that drives event attendance. (META, Whatsapp, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, Linked in etc.)

19 Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

20 Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into our marketing strategies. Stay up to date with industry relevant influencers for potential collaborations and promotions.

What You’ll Need (must haves for the role):
1 Lead, conceptualize & manage performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across offline, BTL & digital media platforms

2 Be in-charge of driving internal & external corporate communication for the firm

3 Drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the clients4Identify channels for brand reach and lead generation activities

5 Identify & use new-age technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information

7 Measuring the impact of social media content on the website & manage external marketing partners and agencies

8 Planning and budgetary control of all marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables

9 Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics

10 Make digital the core of all customer understanding and analytics to drive business strategies

11 Defining change management for all domains, lead management & conversion process

**Salary**: ₹30,227.96 - ₹58,391.21 per month
