**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.
- Maintaining good relation with developer's sale team.
- Provide Property and Building Project information.
- Convince for Suitable property like Flats Offices, and Bungalows Sale the Property.
- Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
- Following up with leads for the site visits.
- Attending walk-in customers.

**Desired skills**:

- Good experience in Sales. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.

**Language**:

- Should have good command over Hindi, English and Gujarati.

**Qualification**:

- B.B.A / M.B.A
- Specialization with Marketing (preferred)

**Job Type**:

- Full Time

**Salary**:

- Starting at ₹25000.00 per month
- Experience can add benefit.

- Minimum 1-2 years.
