Join our dynamic team as a Fire Equipment Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in championing and selling our cutting-edge fire safety products. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your expert knowledge and industry experience to engage potential clients, cultivate robust relationships, and consistently meet or surpass sales targets. This role is target-driven, offering an exceptional earning potential, with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 upon achieving a sales target of 1.5 lakh.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and actively pursue novel business prospects within the fire equipment sector.
- Foster and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients through effective networking and lead generation.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and compelling demonstrations to showcase the exceptional features and benefits of our fire safety solutions.
- Grasp client needs adeptly and customize solutions to align with their distinct requirements.
- Cultivate and uphold enduring relationships with clients, delivering unparalleled customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Attain or surpass monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks established by the company.
- Remain well-informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate harmoniously with the sales team and management to devise strategic sales blueprints and initiatives.
- Prepare and timely submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications: Graduate

Experience: 2 years and above

- Demonstrable history of success in sales within the fire equipment industry.
- Profound understanding of various fire safety products, regulations, and industry benchmarks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal proficiencies.
- Self-driven with a resolute focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in both independent work and team collaboration.
- Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving and an unwavering customer-centric approach.
- Preference for prior experience in target-driven sales roles.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
