- Field Boy**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Boy to join our team. The Field Boy will be responsible for performing various tasks outside the office, such as delivering documents, running errands, and assisting with general administrative duties. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Delivery**: Deliver documents, packages, and other items to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the safe and secure delivery of all items.
- **Errand Running**: Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies, making bank deposits, and delivering messages or correspondence to clients or other stakeholders.
- **Office Support**: Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork. Provide support to office staff as needed.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper maintenance of the company vehicle (if applicable). Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time. Follow designated routes and schedules provided by management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and other external contacts. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing job duties. Drive safely and responsibly, obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, errands, and other tasks performed. Report any issues, delays, or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required for the position).
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with local streets and routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
