Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it’s personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define & develop standard procedure of placement operation
- Collaborate with learning team to improve student experience and resolve queries.
- Collaborate with placement teams to refer students and align mentor sessions.
- Collaborate with mentors/SMEs to execute prep sessions in dynamic environment.
- Run experiments and projects to improve overall placement outcomes
