**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Processing**:

- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.

**2. Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as necessary.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in creating quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and **reporting**

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of activities.
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
