**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Order Management**:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- **Sales Team Coordination**:
- Assist the field sales team by providing data, sales reports, and lead updates.
- Follow up with dealers, clients, and team members to ensure targets are achieved.
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to dealer and client inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- **Communication and Follow-ups**:
- Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams, dealers, and clients.
- Follow up on pending payments, orders, and sales leads.
- **Sales Support**:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Tally.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Experience in the **hardware industry** (handles, locks, building materials) will be an added advantage.
