**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, audit, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on platforms such as **Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.**:

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely updates on offers, discounts, and stock levels.
- Monitor daily order flow, ensure timely fulfillment, handle return/refund cycles, and resolve customer service issues.
- Analyze sales and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and promotions in coordination with marketing.
- Handle backend e-commerce operations including stock reconciliation, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
- Regularly research and benchmark against competitor listings and strategies.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, policy updates, and new platform features.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of full-time experience** in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel or Google Sheets** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our office in **Kirti Nagar, Delhi**.
