**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate sales activities and provide support to the sales team in generating new business opportunities.

2. Communicate with clients to understand their shipping and customs clearance requirements, and provide them with tailored solutions.

3. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.

4. Liaise with internal teams such as operations, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of services.

5. Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and proactive issue resolution.

6. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and addressing any concerns.

7. Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to meeting sales targets.

8. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a sales coordination or support role within the **freight forwarding or customs clearance industry.**

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various sales coordination tasks simultaneously.

4. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.

5. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of tasks to drive results.

6. A proactive and customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
