**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Experience Required**: 2 - 4 Years
**Gender Preference**: Male
**Location**: Noida

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file statutory forms such as **Form 27** and **Form 16**.
- Manage and ensure accurate calculation and filing of **GST returns** and **TDS**.
- Handle **day-to-day accounting entries**, journal postings, and reconciliation.
- Generate **invoices/billing** and maintain proper documentation.
- Work with **Zoho Books** (or related accounting software) for all accounting tasks.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and assist in preparing reports.
- Support in **monthly, quarterly, and annual closing** activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **B.Com / M.Com** or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, and statutory forms (Form 27/16).
- Proficient in **MS Excel** and **Zoho Books** (or similar accounting tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
