**About the Role**:
**In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are accurately tagged and efficiently dispatched to our customers. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including**:
**Product Tagging**:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for precise data entry, tagging products with accurate descriptions, categories, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to maintain consistency and accuracy in product tagging.
- Must know how to package a luxury product well
- Have the ability to do a last minute quality check before packing the product
- Ensure the product is packed in a way that it does not get damaged on the way to customer

**Order Fulfilment**:

- Assist in packaging and dispatching orders efficiently, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packaged for shipment.
- Take care of the stock in the packaging department and should notify the necessary department for material restocking
- Should abide by any packaging rules by the client to ensure a smooth packaging is done to avoid any damage to the product.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts like packaging standards, shipping methods, and order fulfilment processes.
- Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of product photography basics.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or in the luxury retail packaging department is a must or 1+ years of experience in the packaging sector.
