**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tool Maintenance**: Oversee upkeep and repair of power press tools and related equipment.
- **Grinding Operations**: Supervise grinding activities, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and guide tool room staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- **Shift Scheduling**: Develop and implement shift schedules to ensure continuous operations and meet production targets.
- **IATF Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with IATF standards, maintaining quality and safety protocols.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on tool room activities, maintenance schedules, and team performance.

**Requirements-**
- **Skills**: Knowledge of power press tool maintenance, grinding operations, manpower handling, shift scheduling, and IATF systems.
- **Location Flexibility**: Willingness to relocate to and work in the Shirwal area.
- **Shift Availability**: Prepared to work in all shifts as per operational requirements.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
