**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage **daily production plans** to ensure efficient use of resources, including raw materials, CNC/SPM machinery, manpower, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and improve **Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)** by analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics for manpower and machinery.
- Supervise and optimize **machine shop operations**, including CNC, SPM, and other related processes such as farming, pressing, and shot blasting.
- Lead and oversee **product development and production exhibitions**, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate on the improvement of processes, tooling, and machinery to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage maintenance activities to ensure consistent and seamless operations.
- Uphold and enforce strict quality assurance standards and production planning throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Strong proficiency in the English language for effective communication.
- Team-oriented individual with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Long-term career commitment, particularly in the **fastener and machining industry**.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure with excellent time and resource management skills.
- Experience and expertise in machine shop operations and production processes, including farming, pressing, and shot blasting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹37,500.00 per month
