Job Title: Amazon Seller Central Expert

Job Overview:
As an Amazon Seller Central Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of a seller's presence on the Amazon platform. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall performance of the seller's account on Amazon Seller Central. You will utilize your expertise in navigating Seller Central tools and features, understanding Amazon's policies and algorithms, and implementing effective strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Account Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of the seller's account on Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.
- Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search ranking. This includes keyword research, writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
- Keyword Research and SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases. Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and drive organic traffic to product listings.
- PPC Campaign Management: Develop and manage Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and maximize sales while maintaining efficient advertising spend.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Customer Service and Feedback Management: Monitor customer feedback and reviews. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service and regulations to avoid account suspensions or penalties.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment and fulfillment of orders.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance the seller's overall presence on the Amazon platform.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Central Expert or similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform, tools, and features.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms, search ranking factors, and best practices for optimizing product listings.
- Proficiency in keyword research, SEO techniques, and PPC advertising on Amazon.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Amazon Marketplace) a plus.
