Outbound Executive(Pharmacist)

Job Title: Inbound /Outbound Executive

Experience: 1-2yrs(preferred from Pharma Background)

Location: Villupuram

**Inbound Operations**:
Coordinate and oversee the inbound logistics operations, including receiving Stocks, verifying contents, and processing documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate receipt of medicines, adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.

**Outbound Operations**:
Manage outbound logistics activities, including order picking, packing, and dispatching shipments.

Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery of goods.

**Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

**Documentation and Compliance**:
Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Verify accuracy of documentation and resolve any discrepancies.

**Customer Service**:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.

Address customer inquiries, provide status updates, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.

Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements to optimize operations.

**Health and Safety**:
Adhere to health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members and enforce safety guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
