**Job Title**: Dealer Sales Representative (DSR)

**Location**: Patna, Bihar
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years
**Education**: Any Graduate
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of value and volume.
- Develop new dealer and body shop networks in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle channel sales and improve market penetration.
- Organize painter meets, promotional events, and other market activation activities.
- Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities and product trends.
- Identify and convert potential leads into active customers.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and implement dealer schemes and promotional offers.
- Provide product support and coordinate with technical trainers to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare daily sales reports, maintain records of visits, and manage expense reporting.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Plan and forecast sales in alignment with business goals.
- Follow up on payment collections and ensure reconciliation of outstanding dues.
- Manage credit notes, order processing, and dealer account health.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales planning and territory management.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial paint sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
