**Responsibilities**:
- Manage ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) for events, attractions, or travel bookings with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries regarding ticketing options, pricing, availability, and troubleshooting ticketing issues efficiently.
- Process ticket purchases and reservations meticulously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue tickets (physical or digital) and manage customer accounts with a strong understanding of ticketing procedures.
- Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a cohesive ticketing experience.
- Stay current on event schedules, pricing changes, ticketing software updates, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize ticketing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ticketing procedures and customer service protocols.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a ticketing role within the events, attractions, or travel industry.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding customer expectations and resolving ticketing issues efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and proficiency in ticketing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a collaborative spirit.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
