**Job Description**:

- A graduate degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 7-13 years of experience in JDA retail solutions.
- In-depth knowledge BY WMS (descrete) product, WMS operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, allocation etc).
- Must have hands on experience in MOCA, PL/SQL, configurations, integrator.
- Hands on experience of creating labels, reports, page builder, integrator, interface building.
- Prior development, implementation experience.
- Knowledge of WFM, WLM, WCS is an added advantage.
- Broad knowledge of the entire supply chain cycle.
- Knowledge on Job Scheduling i.e. Automic/Control-M and good to have expertise with service management tools like Service Now.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers in the business.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and certification is good to have.

**Primary Skills**:

- Minimum 2 full life cycles implementation and development experiences with BY WMS.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the Retail process and Supply Chain Domain.
- Development, customization, configuration experiences with BY WMS.
- Interface level troubleshooting between various upstream and downstream systems.
- WMS set up, testing, training, documentation (design docs/solution docs/SOP/training docs/workflow etc).

**Secondary Skills**:

- Should able to handle day to day activities like team management, daily meeting etc.
- Identifying service improvement opportunities and automation ideas.
- Responsible for status reporting and maintaining key metrics.
