**Your Role**:
**Implementation and Configuration**:

- Understand the warehouse management requirements and configure the Manhattan WMOS/Active software to meet business requirement.
- Lead and assist in the implementation process, including system setup, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of WMOS solution.
- Should have gone through multiple customer lifecycle implementation process including hypercare and post go live support.
- Should have experience in leading small teams to ensure customer deliverables.
- Hands On experience on SQL, Putty
- Hands On experience in reporting tool SCI (IBM Cognos)

**Training and Documentation**:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Manhattan WM system. Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation.

**Support and Issue Resolution**:
Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Manhattan WM system. Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
