**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Execution**:

- Conduct statutory audits in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Plan and execute audits for **NBFC, banking**, and BFSI clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Perform risk assessments, design audit programs, and develop audit strategies to evaluate financial statements and identify key risk areas.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial statements and other accounting records to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and present audit findings, including any deficiencies or irregularities, to the audit committee and management.
- **Reporting**:

- Compile detailed audit reports that summarize audit findings, provide recommendations, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and assist in the preparation of audit opinions.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide clients with insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial reporting.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with audit team members to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in statutory auditing.
- Experience in auditing **NBFC, banking**, and BFSI clients is essential.
- Proven experience with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
