**IMPORTED STOCK ACTIVITIES**

Monthly stock Audit.

Stock issuance for event and after returning placing it.

Maintain the record for stock.

Raw Material Record maintenance

Maintain the stock all Raw material

Issue the ow material to all Event (Domestic & International).

Stock record maintain issued against RGP, Challan

Maintain the availability for Studio Stock.

Maintain the record for monthly report:
Stock returned by the Sales Dept.

delayed Dispatch.

Without Accounting Documents (received for Dispatch).

Maintenance of Vyadh Stock record.

Maintenance of inward & outward record stock.

Placement of the order for Preparation MRF, RGP,C Challan for factory.

**Data Entry.**

RGP

MRF

C-Challan

Documents error record maintaining.

Daily out stock entry in system stock list.

Self-collection out word entry.

Maintain the repairing sheet.

Vendor bill submission to account dept.

Follow up with Factory.

Ensuring stock entries in system on daily basis.

Getting Physical stock POST Event ( inward) from Domestic / export sales event team.

**Minimum 2yrs of experience in similar field from manufacturing company in Stock Department.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
