**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient inquiries.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they provide exceptional patient care and uphold our body positive values.
- Manage patient communication and follow-up, including responding to patient inquiries and managing patient feedback.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure seamless patient care, including managing patient flow and scheduling.
- Manage the clinic's inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that the clinic is stocked with necessary equipment.
- Maintain and manage the clinic's financial operations, including managing patient payments and expenses, tracking revenue, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the clinic, including managing social media accounts, developing promotional materials, and organizing community outreach events.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
