**Job Title**: Field Sales Officer

**Company Overview**: We're a leading FMCG company based in New Delhi, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join us.

**Position Overview**: We're seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive with a background in FMCG sales in New Delhi. Your primary focus will be on channel sales, nurturing relationships with distributors and retailers to drive our products to market effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage channel sales activities in New Delhi.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Collaborate with channel partners to implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide product training and support to channel partners as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns raised by channel partners.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG channel sales in New Delhi.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
