**E-Commerce Specialist**
**Location**: 2/9 2nd Floor WHS Kirti Nagar Near Bikanerwala Delhi-110015.
**Experience Level**: Minimum 2+ years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify platforms.
- Follow-ups with all Clients on website for Check-out.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for product listings to improve visibility and ranking.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer reviews, and website metrics to optimize listings and drive conversions.
- Manage product launches Campaign, promotions, Deals and discounts, A+ Content Writing across e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve issues related to product listings, such as listing errors or account health concerns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms.
- Stay updated with platform policies, industry trends, and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, Pepperfry and other online Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and e-commerce tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
