Our team is looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our team as a Quality Auditor for the Regional Center organization, the individual in this position will conduct quality audits across several Amazon HR processes. The Quality Auditor will play an integral role in ensuring existing quality processes are consistently operated at the highest standard as well as supporting and facilitating the growth of the Quality Team from a regional and global level. As Amazon continues to shift support to self-service and technology-enabled channels, the Quality Auditor will have a role in influencing the strategic direction of future quality processes in all aspects of the HR Regional Center. As HR Regional Centers continue to scale, this role will be pivotal to driving a transformation through effective quality management and process improvement of the Human Resources Regional Center (HRRC) as a whole.

Key job responsibilities
The HRRC Quality Auditor is a part of PXT Shared Services and is assigned to audit the services conducted by IND HR Regional Center. Overall responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following functions:
Coach all associates on standard work through quality audits and on-going quality trainings
Partner with Quality Manager on all updates and ensure SOPs are aligned with current process
Audit processes/programs and record keeping accuracy
Track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation
Assess developmental needs for individuals and groups
Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.)
Assist with other HR Regional Center work as needs arise

A day in the life
As a Quality Auditor within the HR Regional Center, the daily life may consist of:
Conducting Quality Audits across a various number of processes
Providing valuable in-depth feedback to associates
Virtually Engaging stakeholders across the Regional Center from Regional Center Coordinators, Management, Site Leaders, and even counterparts in countries across the world.
Participating in virtual team meetings and contributing to forward-looking goals
Executing process improvement projects

Deep knowledge of HR processes and systems
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detailed oriented
