A day in the life of a Capital One Auto Finance Projects Principal Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various lines of Business
- Partner US and India Leadership teams on key initiatives and execute process improvements.
- Internal consulting to design or successfully transition to new systems or processes.
- Business Partner teams in India and the US to ensure that operational rhythm is maintained.
- Lead & execute complex Finance projects. Illustrative examples include: (1) ERP implementation (2) Setting up of Advance Pricing Agreement, (3) ESOP implementation,

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Any two of the listed qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / CPA / FRM / CMA
- 5-10 years of Work Experience
