**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.
- Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media, website, and other promotional channels.
- Design logos, brochures, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different mediums.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and concepts.

Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- **Industry Awareness**:

- Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously update and improve design skills to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving field.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Prioritize and organize workload to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

**Skills**:Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.

**Portfolio**:Provide a portfolio that demonstrates a strong creative vision and showcases a variety of design projects.
