Project Planner

Tower Module is a department part of Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) responsible for research, design, and development of the wind turbines' tower products. Through innovation, development and continuous product improvements, we continuously develop our products and technologies to reduce the cost and ensure integration of renewable energy, always aiming to deliver the highest possible value to our customers and to Vestas. Tower Project Management consists of 12 project managers and planners sited in Porto, Chennai, and Aarhus. We coordinate and carry out our projects according to our operating model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. **Responsibilities**
- Organize and plan multiple projects, work packages and tasks together with the project manager and technical leadership
- Daily follow up on planning and task management tools
- Setup effective methods and tools to keep planning updated and matching reality
- Interface with a large range of stakeholders across the entire value chain
- Ensure proper visibility by all stakeholders of the project timeline and execution status
- Develop, together with Project Quality, Project Managers and Managers the project management and task management tool: JIRA

**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree or other relevant educational background
- Minimum 2+yrs of Project planning experience is desired
- Experience with project management and complementary software (JIRA, SAP,...)
- Knowledge of product development using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

- Atlassian Jira software previous experience is mandatory
