**Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position**
- Overall responsibility for Service Order entry for Flow System & Product- Ensure all Emerson Standard Process to be followed for Order Entry like check point clearance, payment term approval, etc - Process all Service Contract related commercial documents like BG, Contract Agreement & Indemnity Bond submission to customer.- Process required CC / SK for invoice cancellation & re-issue purpose. Follow all Emerson standard process for doing CC/SK from JDE system- For any Service Project shipment complete all JDE steps required for invoicing. For Example IK for Service Projects- Coordinate with Service Manager & Service Engineers for monthly Service Line Order entries and ensure monthly order booking & billing target will be met on JDE entry prospective- Coordinate with IT for new JDE Part Code creation if required- Coordinate with CVDH team for new customer creation in JDE if required**Desired Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor degree in any field having experience of JDE system of min. 3 to 5 years.**Technical Skills / Knowledge Required**
- Knowledge on JDE entry- JDE Order Entry Experience will give an added advantage
