**Job Description(Role & Responsibilities)**:

- Production Planning & Process handling.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
- Coordinate, Supervise and monitor all activities of production to ensure quality.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Co-ordinatewith the senior production staff to ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- This is a full-time position based in Bavla (Ahmedabad), Gujarat, India.
- B.Sc./M.Sc.(Chemistry),1to 2 years of Experience.
- Must Have Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
- Good understanding on fundamentals of chemistry.
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing principles.
- Good initiative taking & supervisory skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Outcomes/ Results Expected**:

- Daily Production Target achievements.
- **Reports to**Production/Plant Manager.
- **Remuneration**: 1.4to 2.4L/annum + incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
